Ingredients:
Wrap:
6 pcs rice paper
Lolorosa salad (green and red )
100 grams cooked vermicelli
20 grams Wansuy
50 grams Cooked julienned carrots
30 grams julienned turnip
40 grams julienned cucumber
Shrimp dilute in sprayer with APP
Salt and pepper
Peanut sauce:
2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
½ cup coconut cream (can)
¼ cup Sate sauce (jar)
1 tsp fish sauce
Salt and pepper
Grounded greaseless peanut
Procedure:
Wrap
Lay flat rice paper onto a plate and gently moist it with a sprayer.
Assemble the vegetable filling (salad, vermicelli, julienned veggies)
Slowly roll and secure the rice papers just like a burrito
Peanut Sauce
Mix everything and simmer until it turns into a slushy mixture.
Served with more cilantro and sprinkled nuts.
